Sirius Solutions engaged with representatives from approximately 12 groups affected by the program to gather insights on their specific needs. With these inputs, we implemented a tailored training program to support the roll-out of the new software package, focusing on current techniques for practical learning experiences. Our team developed customized content to ensure relevance and engagement for each group. A total of 32 micro-learning modules were produced, each designed to address the distinct requirements of the different teams. Feedback was actively solicited at each project phase from representatives of the various groups to enhance the training process. The program included both micro-learning modules (5 minutes long) and point-of-need modules (45 seconds long), with the latter embedded directly within Salesforce.com for easy access at critical moments.
