Business Analysis Manager
Location: Virtual-US
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day working of the business analysis team
- Set strategic vision for the Business Analysis team, developing annual roadmaps, reporting on progress against key goals, and identifying opportunities for projects to support the Corporate Security mission
- Analyze current processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Gather and interpret data to support strategic decision-making
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable recommendations
- Engage with key stakeholders within and outside the Corporate Security team
- Support key Corporate Security projects, and develop plans for implementation
- Conduct in-depth research through requirements gathering and documentation, resulting in analytical and narrative reporting
- Engage with senior leadership, demonstrating a high level of professionalism
- Potential ability to travel for key meetings
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Detail oriented, excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, especially narrative reporting
- High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to review and approve written products to a high standard, adapting them for the audience as necessary
- 6+ years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research and producing data-driven reporting and analysis related to global security events
- 3+ years of experience leading a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree
- Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of theories, concepts, principles, tools, and practices related to organisational learning, root cause analysis, program monitoring and evaluation, and performance analysis
- Experience in the corporate security or public sectors
- Experience in preparing reports for senior leadership
