Our adaptability and expertise enabled us to expand beyond software evaluation to tackle and resolve issues with our client’s non-operating accrual process, allowing it to be effectively handled in-house. Cost centers were identified and created, and the appropriate personnel were trained to ensure ongoing management. Assistance was rendered during an employee’s absence during a critical phase of the SAP implementation process, and training was supplied upon return. Data orphans were identified during the data load, which, through detailed analysis, were rectified correctly. Issues with the escheat audit were identified, resolved, and appropriately handed off.
