We partnered with our client to design and implement a robust automation framework. Leveraging Microsoft Power Query, we built logic to consistently and automatically import key financial data from multiple reports. Data cleansing protocols and advanced DAX formulas were applied to ensure accuracy and consistency. A centralized Data Model was created to link and consolidate information across reports, while Power Pivot and CUBE VALUE formulas enabled intuitive data extraction directly into Excel workbooks. By engineering a repeatable, automated process, we empowered our client’s finance team to generate complex reports at the click of a refresh button—reducing manual processes, eliminating data discrepancies, and significantly accelerating their financial reporting cycles.
