• Crude and Products Supply Company- Led the terminal and logistics system requirements process.  Ran the structured evaluation of industry leading systems against client defined selection criteria.
• Investment Bank- Assisted in the selection of an initial energy trading and risk management system to serve as a bridge system pending build-out of a custom developed solution.

Applications & Network Architecture Assessment

• Hedge fund- Led project to streamline and optimize market data acquisition and management capabilities, with particular focus on minimizing latency for real-time trading decision support.
• Merchant Energy Company- Developed topography and standardization plan of plant operations systems of this large and acquisition-focused company.

Implementation, Migration, Integration and QA

• Hedge fund- Led implementation and integration of an energy trading and risk management system at a large power and oil trading hedge fund including physical logistics.
• Investment Bank- In conjunction with a new proprietary trading and risk management system, assisted with all phases of quality assurance prior to go-live.

Custom Development

• E&P Company- Led business and technical design of a crude and products scheduling system.  Managed development project using a combined team of Sirius, client and third party developers.
• Energy Trading Organization- Led project to define and develop best in class P& L attribution system.
