If it is necessary to cancel a presentation or seminar where CPE credit was to have been granted by Sirius Solutions, notice will be sent to all known participants and refunds will be granted where applicable. Additionally, publication of this notice will be posted via all vehicles through which advertising or solicitation of the presentation or seminar were published. Any complaint regarding a presentation or seminar given by Sirius Solutions for CPE credit will be seriously considered and answered.
